I wanted to deal with the owners of a Pool Service Company when I resurfaced and added other features to my pool this summer and I chose one that really delivered.  Their work was thorough with no surprises and completed on time demonstrating how they treated my job like their own. They did such a great job that I have their tech, Connor, servicing the pool weekly now.  Connor is the best we’ve ever had and goes above and beyond to make sure that we are pleased with every visit. I highly recommend Pools Next Door and Connor to anyone considering making a change on their pool servicer.

Absolutely recommend!! Pools Next Door services my pool every week for my Airbnb and I found out my pool heater stopped working 😬 I contacted Pool Next Door and they worked with me to get a new heater AND Chris got it installed less than 48 hours after  making that phone call and was JUST in time for my next Airbnb guests!

I would like to commend specially, Tom the technician that service my pool.  He is an outstanding technician that is on top of problems you may have and keeps the pool pristine. Conner from Pools Nextdoor is great with my pool! He is respectful and responsible with the day I like him to come so I can enjoy the weekend with a clean pool, since I don’t have a cage! He always make sure the pool has enough water when I am traveling for work or vacation and the level of water is always where it should be so it doesn’t damage the pool equipment. Everything I ask him, he is always attentive and so nice no matter how many other pools he needs to take care or busy he is! We just switched over to Pools Nextdoor last week. I first called and spoke to Becky who was very kind and helpful and told her our situation. We needed a company to drain and refill our pool due to the most recent hurricane. We were very impressed with their response time and professionalism. While Chris was draining and refilling our pool he also gave us the bad news that our pump needed replaced. He replaced our pump after he did a drain and refill and also built a platform off the ground for our pump to sit on to prevent further flooding problems. Chris called to give us updates along the way. We had such a great experience with Pools Nextdoor that we decided to start using them for our weekly pool maintenance. As a first time pool owner I was a bit concerned about what it would take to keep it up. Everyone at Pools Next Door has made it so easy!  Tyler was great with the Pool School - covering how all the equipment works. Don is  fantastic as our tech. He takes time to greet our dog and is always so careful to make sure she doesn’t follow him out the gate (and I am pretty sure she would jump in the truck with him)!  All this supported by the amazing Becky. She has always been so good to answer questions and help with scheduling. You might be able to save a penny somewhere else but I can’t imagine you’ll find a better team!
