Our Story

Our goal was to build a professional pool company that strived for a higher level of service and one that held true to its core values. In order to facilitate a higher level of service, we had to begin internally.

We developed a proprietary “integrity test” for our hiring program. We wanted to ensure we were only hiring like-minded professionals who had a passion for service and growth. As it turns out, creating a positive workplace culture is quite contagious.
